Episode 22: The Monk Dude

This week I sit down with Dada Nabhaniilananda a.k.a The Monk Dude. In this episode I am joined by my time to time co-host David Valentin of Mr. Smith Studios. David was kind enough to introduce me to Dada and invited him to The Satisfactionist Podcast for this chat. Dada is a yoga monk, a meditation instructor, an author, a keynote speaker and a musician. Born in New Zealand, he was ordained as a monk in India in 1979 and has been teaching meditation for 40 years. Dada has appeared on stage with the Dalai Lama, taught in more than 40 countries and has spoken for Apple, NVIDIA, Google, CISCO, Lam Research Intel and Facebook.

I found talking with Dada both fascinating and enjoyable as he has a wonderful sense of humor, is very wise in his approach to his study and just an all around great human to know. We explore his journey to becoming a monk, how meditation can improve one’s well-being and how the practice of meditation can be used in beneficial well in business. I hope you enjoy this episode.
